His competitive background spans elite Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and MMA, providing him with a firsthand understanding of the demands and injuries inherent to high-level athletics. After graduating in Physiotherapy from King’s College London, Yusuf began his career in London’s leading hospitals, where his clinical expertise contributed to exceptional patient outcomes. Drawing on his extensive experience with sports injuries and physiotherapy skills, Yusuf founded The Fighting Physiotherapy team to offer tailored, high-impact care for athletes and individuals seeking optimal recovery and performance

Abdullah Hannan
With over a decade of wrestling experience, Abdullah is a skilled freestyle wrestler, physiotherapist, and coach. A former Team GB competitor with numerous national and international titles, he has achieved top ranks at the British Junior Championships and international podiums such as the Helsinki Open and UWW Beach Wrestling Championship. His training includes elite camps worldwide, from Estonia to Kyrgyzstan, and he coaches athletes of all ages, instilling discipline and technical expertise.
As a physiotherapist, certified cupping therapist, and sports massage specialist, Abdullah combines his competitive insight with advanced injury prevention, recovery, and rehabilitation techniques to keep athletes resilient and performing at their best. His dual expertise in wrestling and physiotherapy makes him an invaluable resource for anyone seeking athletic excellence and long-term wellness.

Luke Saldanha
Meet Luke, a dedicated Sports Therapist at TFP with over a decade of experience in rehabilitation, specializing in combat athletes. A Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Black Belt under Marco Canha, Luke is also the head coach at Bloodline Academy and teaches at Queen Mary’s University. With 11 years of training and 10 years of international competition experience, he has achieved multiple gold medals, including the IBJJF Masters Europeans 2023 and IBJJF London Open.
Luke’s firsthand experience with training, injuries, and high-level competition allows him to deeply understand his clients’ challenges. His approach combines technical expertise with empathy, focusing on effective recovery and injury prevention strategies that keep athletes active and performing at their best.
